The Bank of Scotland Great Scottish Run will host a ‘University Challenge’ for the second time at this year’s event on Sunday 4 October.
The University Challenge was introduced in 2014 with Edinburgh University Hare and Hounds, Glasgow University Hare and Hounds and Dundee University vying for the top spot.
The Bank of Scotland Great Scottish Run would like to invite universities and colleges from across Scotland to take part this year. Teams are to be made up of six runners – current students or staff – and include at least two women and two men.
Edinburgh University Hare and Hounds won the inaugural event.
